The joining of our firms continues the personal service tradition that is so important to both, offering services in the Elder and Special Needs, Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts) and Probate and Estate Settlement law areas. They are also frequent speakers in these areas for continuing education seminars for attorneys and other professionals, and also at numerous public education programs. Ben and Bill have been active in the state and local bar associations, particularly the Elder Law and Special Needs Section. They have also been leaders in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
